Go Digital Philippines
Go Digital Philippines (GDP), formerly Go Digital Pilipinas, was launched on January 30, 2023 at the “From Plan to Action: Philippine Development Plan 2023–2028” forum hosted by NEDA at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
Convened by the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC), a council of industry leaders that advised the President of the Philippines, GDP aligned private-sector capabilities with government priorities through working groups, policy recommendations, and strategic partnerships to advance national digital transformation.
Henry Rhoel Aguda, then President and CEO of UnionDigital Bank and later Secretary of the Department of Information and Communications Technology, played a key role in shaping and delivering programs that expanded inclusive digital access for Filipinos.
Vision
By 2035, Go Digital Philippines envisions a fully inclusive and digitally empowered Philippines,
with upskilled Filipinos equipped with knowledge, skills, and tools to thrive in a technology-driven Economy.
Mission
Go Digital Philippines fosters collaboration among government, industry leaders, and communities to expand digital access, upskill, and accelerate technology adoption for Filipinos. Through innovation and inclusivity, Go Digital Philippines equips Filipinos with tools and knowledge to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world and drive nationwide digital transformation.
